Die Glimlag Fees vind op Saterdag, 5 Oktober 2024 plaas en ‘n propvol program en rits aktiwiteite maak dié fees ‘n moet vir oud én jonk. Kunstenaars soos Steve Hofmeyr, Demi Lee Moore, Barto, Brendan Peyper en vele meer gaan feesgangers op hul voete hou.
Vir die jongspan sal daar hope vermaak aangebied word en stalletjies en ‘n biertent is in die kol. In 2023 het meer as 12 500 feesgangers GROOT geGLIMLAG en in 2024 gaan dit nog LEKKERDER wees.

’n Propvol program met vermaak vir oud én jonk, maak hierdie die perfekte uitstappie vir die hele gesin!

“Ons glo die line-up is uitsonderlik, maar vir ons is die setting van die fees en die vibe wat ons wil skep die groot onderskeidingselemente van die fees. Nkwe is absoluut geskik vir die aanbieding van ‘n baie unieke fees met twee sitplek-keuses,” sê feesstigter Jacques du Plessis.

“Dis ‘n fees met ‘n verskil. Jy kan die konserte kyk terwyl jy in die Pienaarsrivier-swemgat op jou lilo ronddryf of sommer van die gemak van jou kampstoel in die feesterein.

Die verhoog by die fees word met ‘n 270 grade gehoor-radius opgestel sodat dit toeskouers in die rivier se swemgat op hul lilos sowel as toeskouers op hul kampstoele in die feesterein bedien. Die Nkwe Lodge het pragtige staanplek vir tente en karavane.

Daar is kosstalletjies; uitstallers (groot en klein); ’n Biertent; pom-poms met baie ander verrassings asook ’n pretpark vir oud en jonk.
Vertonings met Franja du Plessis, Dodo, ’n Geheime Kunstenaar asook die gewilde Afrikaanse groep Spoegwolf – al die pad uit die Paarl – gaan sorg vir ‘n laataand jol. Kom ervaar plattelandse gasvryheid op sy beste!

Dis ‘n familiedag propvol pret-aktiwiteite, so trek julle feesskoene aan en kom hou saam Makietie in Delmas!

Ons Onthou Fees is ‘n jaarlikse fees vir die hele gesin, vol pret en avontuur. Ons Onthou wat alles mooi en belangrik is vir ons. Ons skop die dag af om 8:00 met ‘n pretloop of fietse van 5km vir oud en jonk. Dan kom die avontuurlustiges bymekaar vir ‘n lekker skattejag in die omgewing. 

Bull Ride is ‘n uitdaging om bo te bly en die wenner kan wegstap met 2 rugbykaartjies op Loftus Versveld vir die URC reeks. Hope pret vir die jongspan en lekker pryse. Musiek vermaak deur DJ Gypsy en Ovie Vibz die hele dag. Die Voortrekkers kom wys ons ‘n ding of twee. Jou Kersfeesinkopies kan ook sommer hier gedoen word. Hope kosstalletjies soos Pap & Kaiings, Pannekoek, Boereworsrolle, Hamburgers, Vars produkte uit die omgewing en nog vele meer. Natuurlik is daar ietsie om die dors te les ook.  

Die dag word afgesluit om 15:00 met Karlien Husselman & Anthony McGee, kaartjies R150 pp, vingerete en wyn ingesluit. Bespreek sommer ‘n tafel van 8 sitplekke, vir die vriende en familie.
